Terms of service
Last updated August 27, 2026
This is the agreement between you and Auragami. It covers who may use the app, how the subscription works, and what Auragami does not claim to be.
Accepting these terms
Auragami is operated by Auragami LLC. When you create an account or use the app, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use Auragami.
Who can use Auragami
You must be at least 16 years old. You must be able to enter a contract where you live. Auragami is available for iPhone only. It needs a device that runs a supported version of iOS.
Your account
You sign in through a provider that you choose. Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at founders@auragami.app if you believe that somebody else has access to it.
One account is for one person. Do not share an account, and do not create an account for somebody else without their knowledge.
Subscription and billing
Auragami is a paid subscription. It costs $9.99 each month or $99.99 each year. There is no free tier: the trial below is the only free use of Auragami, and it is limited in time.
A new subscription starts with a free trial of 2 weeks. You are not charged during it. The trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel first, and cancelling during the trial costs you nothing. One trial per person.
Subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store. Apple charges your Apple Account, and Apple applies its own refund policy. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before that period ends. The same 24 hours apply to the end of the trial.
To cancel, open Settings on your iPhone, then your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period that you already paid for.
We can change the price. If we do, we will tell you before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Auragami is not medical advice
Auragami is a wellness product, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Its insights and suggestions are informational. Do not use them to make a medical decision, and do not delay professional advice because of something that Auragami showed you. Talk to a qualified clinician about your health. If you think that you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
Health data can be wrong. Wearables and health apps estimate many of the numbers that they report, and an estimate can be far from the truth. Auragami reads what those sources give it. We do not warrant that any value or any insight is accurate.
Your data stays yours
You keep every right in the health data that you enter or connect. You give us the permission that we need to store it, to process it, and to show it back to you, and nothing wider. The privacy policy says what we do with it. You can export all of it, and you can delete all of it.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Auragami to break a law.
- Do not attempt to reach another person’s account or another person’s data.
- Do not probe, scan, or overload our systems, and do not work around a security control.
- Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or the service.
- Do not scrape the service or use it to build a competing product.
Apple Health and other services
Auragami reads Apple Health with your permission, and it reads only the categories that you grant. Much of what it finds there was written by your wearables and your other health apps; Auragami does not connect to those devices itself, and it cannot see anything they have not written to Apple Health.
If you connect a calendar, Auragami reads only when you are busy, never the contents of an event. See the privacy policy for what that covers.
These services have their own terms, and we do not control them. If a source service changes or stops, a part of Auragami can change or stop with it.
Changes to the service
We add features, and we remove them. We will not remove your ability to export your data or to delete your account. If we discontinue Auragami, we will give you notice and time to export everything.
Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time. Cancel the subscription through Apple, and delete your account in the app. Deleting the account deletes your data.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that we must close by law. Unless the law prevents it, we will tell you why and give you a chance to export your data first.
Disclaimers
Auragami is provided “as is”. To the extent that the law allows, we make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so a part of this section may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent that the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount that you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, including liability for death, for personal injury caused by our negligence, and for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts located in California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim there.
Changes to these terms
We update this page when the product or the law changes. The date at the top says when it last changed. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you continue to use Auragami after that, you accept the new terms.
